Estudio para el mejoramiento de homogenizadores y aplicabilidad en clientes Tetra Pak Colombia

Abstract

In this project the identification of homogenizing machines that did not have modifications towards optimizing the use of consumables, pollution and plant productivity was sought. Initially references to understand the operation of these modules and identification of each of the subsystems that comprise were sought after types of materials and time standard output for each module identified looking dimension which would mean improvement intervention; then update types default by the Swedish factory or parent were analyzed, the fourth phase of the project included the identification of the entire installed base of homogenizers in Colombia identifying the model, serial and year of manufacture, these last three data allowed analysis of the applicability of each type of intervention, further changes were identified in the modules made earlier. As a final step the consolidated general mapping and referred to the area of ​​technical sales company, based on which it is making offers to different customers around the country. The model of this project was taken as reference for the implementation of others, focused on the different types of modules that Tetra Pak manages its portfolio globally, as sterilizers, aseptic tanks, lines UHT, pasteurizers, etc.
