Resumen
This project presents the implementation of a communication system signal transmiter and receiver on the Raspberry pi 3 to send movement instructions to the modular robot controller of chain type.The communication system uses wi-fi technology based on software defined radio (SDR) to evaluate parameters of the surrounding network and make the system less susceptible to noise.To incorporate SDR in the Raspberry pi 3 an algorithm that measures the signal to noise ratio(SNR) of each of the 11 Wi-Fi channels is executed and determine which is the best channel to establish the connection with the robot controller.Finally the data frame of movements is sent through user datagram protocol (UDP) to robot controller and then the robot's performance parameters are hosted in an online server(Thingspeak).
