Resumen
This document is evidence of the research internship carried out within the José Félix Restrepo Technical College, thanks to its agreement with the Francisco José de Caldas District University from its transversal project NEEIS (Inclusive and Solidarity Educational Needs). This research was carried out from a qualitative approach, and under the case study methodology, specifically aimed at the processes of inclusion within the educational establishment, taking into account the main items established in Decree 1421 of 2017, from which Five variables were selected (total coverage, support professionals, PIAR and IUD tools, flexibility in evaluation, and awareness and support of the educational community) that were analyzed by triangulating the different data obtained through observation, interview, and evaluation. poll. The purpose of this was to delve into the dynamics of inclusion that are managed at the José Félix Restrepo Technical College, based on what is stipulated in the aforementioned decree, identifying to what extent all these measures can be implemented in an institution that bets on inclusion from its beginnings, and from this unique case generate premises around inclusive education in Colombia.
