Ítem Apoyo a Ingesa Consultoría SAS en la formulación y/o corrección de proyectos de gestión ambiental para vertimientos industriales en empresas con procesos sancionatorios vigentesGuzmán Romero, Marlly Tatiana; Mojica Hernández, Martha Lucia; Mojica Hernández, Martha Lucia [0000-0001-8329-9033]In the development of this internship, we supported the environmental advisory services provided by INGESA consulting SAS, in the attention of the administrative processes issued by the District Secretariat of Environment - SDA to companies that fail or omit to comply with environmental regulations regarding discharges. For this purpose, an outline of some processes was made in order to standardize them and put them into practice as guiding protocols in the correction of the sanctioning processes. A documentary consultation was carried out on the applicable legal framework, generating a normative matrix; in addition, companies with sanctioning processes in force that met the criteria for feasibility of intervention by INGESA were identified; these companies were approached in order to offer technical support and a sanctioning process was taken as a case study, for which a wastewater treatment system was proposed from the theoretical basis and taking as a basis the information available in the public documents of the SDA, as a pilot plan taking into account the nature and characterization of the discharges. The proposal must be adjusted to the specific dimensions and infrastructure availability of the company in question. It was recognized the importance of paying attention to the sanctioning processes not only from the legal side but also from the technical side with the intervention of an environmental engineer to formulate the appropriate corrective measures and guarantee the correct management of the discharges avoiding incurring in future sanctions.Ítem Diagnóstico de posibles impactos ambientales generados por los vertimientos de la industria láctea en el municipio de UbatéSilva Ochoa, Jimena Paola; Espinosa García, HelmutThe dairy sector in Ubaté is the main economic activity of the municipality, in which high water consumption is required from the primary producer to the processor of milk and its dairy derivatives, causing discharges of industrial wastewater that can affect the strategic area of the Regional District of Integrated Management -DRMI- of the Fúquene, Cucunubá and Palacio lagoon complex, so initially the history of the dairy sector in the region and in the municipality of Ubaté is shown, the identification of the possible environmental impacts caused in the most common aspects of the production of dairy products such as heat-treated milk, cheese, yogurt and butter, the effects that these discharges can cause in surface water bodies, the analysis of the water quality index –ICA and specific parameters such as dissolved oxygen, pH, biochemical and chemical oxygen demand and total suspended solids, taken from the stations d e monitoring of the water quality of the CAR before and after the municipality, also some of the national support incentives such as Payment for environmental services, green business programs, chamber of commerce and productive Colombia, in order to reach compliance of the guidelines of the Environmental Management Plan - PMA and the water quality objectives for 2020 to promote the good use of water and in general care for the environment while strengthening the dairy sector in the region and the municipality of Ubaté.Ítem Diagnóstico de posibles impactos ambientales generados por los vertimientos de la industria láctea en el municipio de UbatéSilva Ochoa, Jimena Paola; Espinosa Garcia, HelmutThe dairy sector in Ubaté is the main economic activity of the municipality, in which high water consumption is required from the primary producer to the processor of milk and its dairy derivatives, causing discharges of industrial wastewater that can affect the Regional Management District Integrated –DRMI- of the Fúquene, Cucunubá and Palacio lagoon complex, which shows the history of the dairy sector in the region and in the municipality of Ubaté, the identification of the most common impacts of the production of dairy products such as milk heat-treated, cheese, yogurt and butter, the effects that these discharges can cause in surface water bodies, the analysis of the water quality index - pH, biochemical and chemical oxygen demand and total suspended solids, taken from the CAR water quality monitoring stations before and after the municipality, also some of the national incentives d e support such as Payment for environmental services, green business programs, chamber of commerce and productive Colombia, in order to reach compliance with the guidelines of the Environmental Management Plan - PMA and the water quality objectives for 2020 to promote the proper use of water and, in general, caring for the environment while strengthening the dairy sector in the region and in the municipality of Ubaté.Ítem Esquematización de la cuenca del río Bogotá a través de software especializado aplicado al acuerdo no. 43 de 2006 para la clasificación de los usos del agua teniendo en cuenta los valores máximos permisibles de contaminantes de interés sanitario y la identificación de los usuariosGil Garcia, Jessica Nathalia; Romero Soacha, Sergio; Pulgarín Montoya, Diego AlejandroAlong the Bogotá River basin, which comprises five segments divided as follows: Upper-High basin from the area between Villapinzón and Tibitoc, Upper-Low basin from Tibitoc to the hydrometeorological station La Virgen, Middle basin from the hydrometeorological station La Virgen to the Alicachín gates, near the Muña reservoir, Lower-High basin from the Muña reservoir to the Apulo River discharge, and Lower-Low basin from the Apulo River discharge to the mouth of the Bogotá River into the Magdalena, different types of discharges are evident, which according to Agreement No. 43 of 2006 can be differentiated into five classes, each comprising certain parameters including organic, solid, and sanitary interest, which must be taken into account to identify the maximum allowed value and subsequently be placed in one of these classes. Many of the industries or entities that discharge their wastewater into any of these segments mnare unaware of the class they may belong to or if their parameters are within the appropriate range to comply with the regulations. Therefore, a schematization is mnproposed using GIS software tools such as ArcGIS to determine through maps these industries, classify them according to the class established by the agreement, and verify if they are potential contaminating agents for the Bogotá River basin.
