The Horizontal Property Disaster Risk Management Program has been designed as a proposal by the Natural Planet foundation aimed at the residential complexes of the city of Bogotá in order to prepare families and residents in case of emergencies that may arise, such as consequence of the different internal and external risks to which the residents of this type of buildings are exposed; taking into account the current national and district regulations as well as the application of Law 1523 of 2012 on Risk Management.Ítem Gestión de riesgos de emergencias y desastres en la propiedad horizontal residencial.
