It is important to highlight that the research in Business Intelligence shows that there are still high rates of failure, failure, underutilization and abandonment in its implementation. Factors associated with Organizational Collaboration could contribute to the success of solutions for good decision-making. Due to the constant change in the business strategies of the organizations, it is sought through this project, to establish a prototype where technology plays a fundamental role in the development and growth of the company MARY KAY COLOMBIA SAS; For our case study, we intend to carry out research, development and integration of the different information systems present in the company focused on Business Intelligence (BI), in order to establish a strategic alliance for decision making and development of new brand recognition campaigns nationwide. Based on the information systems present in the company such as the CRM platform, e-commerce and ERP, it is intended to establish a relationship by business intelligence, since logic is present in the internal processes of the applications.
