These procedures are based on risk analysis methodologies that indicate what is likely to happen, in this way specific actions are prepared to counteract the possible eventuality. That is why the need to have a document containing the preventive activities, administrative, functional and operational preparation, before, during and after an accident, which allows the GLOBAL HOTEL OPERATOR Corporate to provide an adequate and timely response to an emergency. Initially we have a characterization of the company, considering basic information of the economic activity it develops and its location. Subsequently, the risk analysis was carried out using the color methodology (endorsed by the FOPAE Guide -2013 for the preparation of Emergency Plans), through which the risk calculation was carried out, the scenarios were prioritized and the measures were later considered. of corresponding intervention. According to the information obtained previously, the eight required action plans were established (General Plan, Safety Plan, Medical and First Aid Plan, Fire Prevention Plan, Evacuation Plan, Public Information Plan, Temporary Care Plan for affected, Traffic Management Plan). The resources, supplies and services necessary to comply with the action plans, the training program, implementation and audit of the Emergency Plan were also identified. It was found that in the CORPORATE the threats evaluated represent a medium risk in its entirety (see Annex 7), with a lower vulnerability rating for people and organizational management; so the intervention measures focused on the probability of an emergency. Additionally, the organization still has shortcomings related to the availability of some resources, but there is the will of senior management to manage them and give continuity to what is established in this document.
