This document gives an account of the research that was carried out in a kindergarten in the city of Bogotá. In which it was sought to analyze the attitudinal barriers of the teachers in order to reduce or eliminate them, starting from processes of reflection and self-reflection on the practice. To account for the results, the interview, the observation and the discussion group were used. The findings account for the beliefs based on prejudices, the unfavorable feelings towards diversity and the behaviors that segregate, as well as from the children's classroom, education is promoted for each and everyone in the same space of coexistence for the elimination of barriers.
