Ítem Generación de ambientes de aprendizaje accesibles y afectivos en la Universidad Distrital Francisco José de Caldas: una experiencia de pasantíaZuluaga Medina, Mónica Andrea; Calderón, Dora InésWithin the framework of the CADEP-Acacia center, and in the spirit of the Cultiva Module, this report is presented as a result of investigative work in the internship degree modality, as stipulated in Article 4 of Agreement 038 of 2015. This internship was directed by the teacher Dora Inés Calderón, in the academic period 2020 – III. The internship was offered between August 03 to 14, 2020, providing 17 vacancies for interns in the different modules of the CADEP-Acacia center, the Cultiva Module offered a vacancy that required: academic and administrative assistance, organization and systematization of the documentary base ; minutes, registration and follow-up of cases, documentary bases, preparation of quarterly reports, according to guidelines of the Coordination of the Module and CADEP, support in the organization and preparation of supplies and materials for meetings and events of the Module; administration and management of the module's website, among other activities, this space gives rise to the current internship report. CADEP-Acacia is a branch of the Francisco José de Caldas University (UDFJC), this agency is part of an international network made up of Higher Education Institutions (IES), which have Educational and Professional Development and Support Centers (CADEP), called Acacia Centers, with the objective of “facing common problems related to the missionary objectives of each Center” (Acacia Educational and Professional Development and Support Centers [CADEP-Acacia], consulted on 01-03-2021), this through the integration of information technology and affectivity and accessibility, to respond to this objective, the Acacia Centers are made up of five Modules "(Support, Cultivate, Empower, Innovate and Summon)". (CADEP-Acacia, consulted on 03-01-2021) This internship was carried out in the Cultiva Module, this Module focuses on accessible and affective education in the (IES), as expressed by the official website of CADEP-Acacia (consulted on 01-03-2021) this Module is available as a setting for the development of didactic problems, giving support and advice mainly to UDFJC teachers; however, it has a complex of services and resources that are available to the entire university community. The services and resources of the Cultiva Module seek the management and appropriation of learning environments and accessible and affective didactic proposals in Higher Educational Institutions (IES), in order to reduce student dropout. “This Module represents an alternative for accessible and affective education in Higher Education Institutions (IES). In this sense, Cultiva is a setting for the solution and development of didactic situations or aspects; and, at the same time, it contributes to the development of didactic competence in university professors who participate in these dynamics, promoting the creation of accessible learning environments with the incorporation of affectivity (AAAA). " (CADEP-Acacia, consulted on 03-01-2021) As a result, this work has two parts. The first part involves the didactic work, in which the inquiry about accessibility and affectivity is articulated, and everything that emerges in these searches. Also, it contains the didactic proposal for teaching the concept of the cell and its parts through theater. This first part is outlined with the conclusions oriented to the creation of an Accessible and Affective Learning Environment (AAAA), (see Annex 1, schedule for the creation of the proposal). The second part is made up of the internship report. It describes the logistical support to the activities of the CADEP-Acacia Cultivation Module, the evidence of participation in the work team's tasks is attached.
