Ítem Información verificable sobre los profesores del proyecto curricular de licenciatura en biología (PCLB) con respecto a selección, vinculación, permanencia, desarrollo y estímulosPrado Velandia, Zulma Julieth; Venegas Segura, Andres ArturoThe present monograph aims to contribute to the collection of verifiable information about the teachers of the curricular project of biology degree (PCLB) of the District University FJDC, with respect to: selection, bonding, permanence, development and stimuli. In this way, it is intended to publicize the different institutional policies that support these aspects, through bibliographic review and the appreciation of teachers, managers and students through previously designed surveys. It identifies the regulation and application on the policies, norms and academic criteria established by the institution for: selection, bonding, integral development and stimulus for teachers. Likewise, the strategies that favor the permanence in the program, the artistic and cultural creation, the generational change, the attention to the population diversity and the accompaniment by experts for the qualification of the pedagogical work. The above based on a bibliographical revision of the teaching statute together with the contributions of the project and the Strategic Plan of development 2007-2016 of the University; And subsequently the assessment of the application, relevance and validity of these policies, together with strategies to promote incentives, integral development, training and ongoing updating of teachers through a survey analysis. Finally, as a result of this monograph, it is intended to support the processes of accreditation and qualified registration of the curricular project, which serves as a consultation document that includes aspects of the teachers factor. It also establishes strategies that promote artistic and cultural creation, innovation, adaptation, technical and technological transfer, for teachers. Finally, it is suggested a more active and applicable participation of the teachers in this type of processes, since they strengthen the integral and collective development of the curricular project.
