Ítem Apropiación y sensibilización ambiental con la comunidad aledaña al humedal La Conejera, a partir del reconocimiento de los organismos que conforman el fitoplancton y zooplanctonChivatá Bedoya, Jhonatan Teodoro; Acosta Parra, Johan Assdrubbal; Vargas Romero, Edna MargaritaThe wetland ecosystems present a series of benefits and essential ecological functions for the development and maintenance of the water cycle, therefore for the life in the land. The wetlands of Bogota D.C have been strongly transformed by anthropic activities, associated to the demographic growth and to the urban expansion, generating negative environmental impacts linked principally to the transformation of the soils, desiccation of the water bodies, generation of solid residues and discharges of domestic and industrial origin. In order to understand the characteristics, natural processes, aspects and environmental impacts, and the importance of involving the community in researching processes that allow to take actions focused to recover, protect and manage these ecosystems, It was selected as tool of appropriation and environmental awareness, the recognition of the organisms that make part of the phytoplankton and zooplankton of the Wetland “La Conejera”, approached from the Action Researching AR. Under this approach, it was undertaken a process coordinated with the community that incorporated the environmental interpretation of tours fulfilled, field work for the capture of water sample, laboratory practices for the microscopic analysis, meetings to tackle the obtained results, besides other actions that yield to the approximation and interpretation of the functions that fulfill this type organisms in the aquatic ecosystem. The obtained results during the laboratory practice demonstrated the wide biodiversity of organisms fito and zooplankton that can be in this type of ecosystems. There were determined 71 genus belonging to 12 groups where prevailed cyanobacteria, chlorophytes, euglenophytes, diatoms, protozoa ciliates, sarcodina and rotifer. On having determined the Index of Palmer's Organic Pollution IPO, it was related the perception of the community about the degree of pollution of the water body in the wetland and the certainorganisms, observing a condition of euthophication or high organic pollution for the high third of the wetland, and a condition oligotrophic or of low organic pollution for the average and low third of the same one. The construction of this type of knowledge with the community, allows to transform the way of thinking and practices opposite to the wetlands conservation, as well as the organization and to be mobilization to defend the territory, being a protagonist the harmonious relation that is established by the environment.Ítem El concepto de educación rural en documentos de política pública educativa rural en Colombia, en el periodo de firma del Acuerdo final de paz entre el Estado y las Farc, hasta su implementación en 2019: reflexiones respecto a la enseñanza de las ciencias naturales y la educación AmbientalVásquez Torres, Lina María; Vargas Romero, Edna Margarita; Fonseca Amaya, GuillermoThis research proposal revolved around the following question: How is the concept of education characterized in the existing documents of rural educational public policy in Colombia at the historical moment of the peace agreement between the State and the Farc-ep, which may derive in reflections regarding the teaching of natural sciences and environmental education? Thus, to address this problem, two Ten-Year National Education Plans, three sectoral education plans, two guideline documents for rural education from the Ministry of National Education and the Special Rural Education Plan. Towards rural development and peacebuilding. In total 8 documents published in the study period (2012-2019). The main conclusion of this research was that in public policy for rural education from 2012 to 2019 a developmental perspective prevails since Rural Education has been understood and addressed in this period of time of political transition (stage of dialogue, signing of Final Agreement and beginnings of implementation) with economic bases and purposes, thus prioritizing the need to modernize the field. In addition to this, it can be noted that an education in natural sciences and critical environmental education is non-existent as it does not relate sociocultural and contextual issues with socio-environmental problems at school, which reaffirms the importance of debating the relevance of teaching of natural sciences and environmental education to strengthen critical thinking about the reality of the country and the opportunities that exist when linking the social role of scientific knowledge in the transformation of territories towards their defense and conservation.Ítem Diseño de una Experiencia de Aprendizaje Significativo en Contextos de Educación no Formal para Generar Procesos de Apropiación y Territorialización teniendo el Agua como Ordenador del Territorio en Niños entre los 10 y 14 Años desde una Mirada Compleja de la Realidad.Cabezas Sarmiento, Angela Denisse; Cano Ruiz, Jeison Fabián; Vargas Romero, Edna MargaritaThe present thesis intends to show the results of the implementation of a meaningful learning experience designed for children between the ages of 10 to 14 , that through the approach to scientific knowledge in a context can generate processes of appropriation with the water as an organizer of the territory. For this purpose, activities of recognition of a watershed were developed, an unconventional learning space that enables to approach to the contexts and reflect on them in a way that can take shape from the scientific analysis , the spatiality and processes of territorial empowerment. The theoretical, political and methodological frameworks will be found to support the argument and the ways of execution of the Project, giving answers to the needs posed by the vocational training and the Museo de los Niños Colsubsidio. This last one an institution that has a museological and museographic plan that looks to implement experiences like the one presented in this text.Ítem Estudio preliminar de la fenología de fructificación en la vegetación con frutos carnosos en un relicto de bosque suptropical premontano en la Vereda Marroquín, Corregimiento El Morro, CasanareGarcía Velandia, Hugo Armando; Becerra Galindo, Luis Francisco; Vargas Romero, Edna Margarita; Stevenson Díaz, Pablo Roberto; Barrera Zambrano, Victoria AndreaA preliminary study of the phenology of fleshy fruits was carried out in a premontane forest relict in the village of Marroquín, Casanare. The species that were found to be fructifying in the study area along 8 phenological transects (6.4 Km X 8.4 m) were identified during 9 biweekly tours, between March and July 2016. We estimated the richness specific using the non-parametric models Chao 1 and Chao 2. The similarity between the 8 phenological transects and the altitudinal gradient was related. Some indicators of diversity were determined and comparisons were made between transects. Finally, an estimate of fruit production was obtained and expressed in terms of biomass (kg / ha). We found 35 families with 53 genera and a total of 65 species of plants with fruits; this work becomes a reference for later studies on the phenological patterns in the foot of mount of Casanare and in general, for the BhT.Ítem Oferta de Semillas y Ecología de la Germinación de una Especie Altoandina, como Aproximación a las Estrategias de ReclutamientoLópez Pinzón, Cindy Helena; Vargas Romero, Edna MargaritaThis work had as general objective to characterize the supply of seeds and germination ecology of the high Andean species (Myrteola nummularia) as an approach to recruitment strategies of the species; thus evaluated the supply of seeds and germination rates in controlled laboratory and natural conditions (EGE , EG2 and EGc1) . After the departure, with the results and meeting the research needs of the Botanical Garden of Bogota to find possible ways to speed up the germination process and to estimate their potential storage, two trials (EG3 and EG4) were mounted. Thus 4 Total in controlled laboratory trials conditions , each with 4 replications of 50 seeds evaluated were conducted every three days ; seeds without pretreatment ( EG1 ) , seed with 5% in moisture content (EG2) , seed scarification (EG3) and finally in 5% seed moisture content and scarification (EG4) . Under natural conditions it was made only a trial; seeds without pretreatment (EGc1), this three replicates of 30 seeds, evaluated once a week. To evaluate the seed supply the spatial pattern of the species, its coverage, number of fruits per ramet and number of seeds per fruit, all this was done with the help of three transepts each with 24 squares linear grid identified. As a pattern aggregation results for the species, this pattern in most clonal plants are obtained. Most mulch is presented in the transept 1 by soil composition and moisture of the site. For germination under controlled laboratory conditions they were obtained: 1% for EG1 to EG2 0% to 79% EG3 and EG4 52.2 %. Presenting the EG3 And what percentage EG4 trials and higher germination rates. EGc1 seed germination 0 %. What leads to the conclusion that Myrteola nummularia semmilas present a latent state which then came to be scarified, it presents one Orthodox desiccation tolerant seeds. Capable of keeping up with possible seed storage potential. As Myrteola nummularia a clonal plant, a large supply of seeds does not seem to offer an advantage to the establishment and possible recruitment of new individuals.
