Between 2015 and 2019, a project co-funded by the European Union's Erasmus+ program involved 11 universities in Latin America and 3 in Europe. Between 2013 and 2016, the analysis was conducted in different educational institutions in Colombia, Chile, Peru, El Salvador, Nicaragua and Mexico. RCAs are crucial to address diversity and foster inclusion in higher education. They respond to problems such as student dropout and lack of teaching resources for professors. The result highlights the creation of centers.Ítem Guía de innovación accesibleSarraipa, Joao; Marcelino-Jesus, Elsa; Zamiri, Majid; Artíficie, Andreia; Jiménez Castro, Helena Patricia; Páez Rodríguez, John Jairo; Sarraipa, Joao [0000-0003-3102-3179]; Marcelino-Jesus, Elsa [0000-0003-2398-5132]; Zamiri, Majid [0000-0002-0140-3253]This document describes the contents of deliverable E.3.3.2 "Guidelines for innovation in the creation of accessible applications and/or devices. The MindWave uses a dry electrode and the TGGAM1 EEG sensor to measure and analyze brain waves. This sensor measures EEG frequency spectra such as Delta, Theta, Alpha, Beta and Gamma, as well as levels of attention, meditation and blink intensity. The device is powered by a AAA battery and connects to the computer via Bluetooth. Checking the contents of the box, installing the necessary software and drivers, connecting the headband to the computer and calibrating the device are explained in the guide. The use of App Central and the applications for viewing and saving the data captured by the headset are described. In addition, instructions are provided for exporting and analyzing the data in Excel and R software. The guide highlights the importance of ensuring good sensor contact with the skin to obtain accurate data and provides solutions for common signal-related problems.Ítem Manual de Eyes TRACKER GP3Sarraipa, Joao; Páez, John; López, Jennifer; Fino, Rafael; Sarraipa, Joao [0000-0003-3102-3179]; Páez, John [0000-0002-9452-6024]As part of the European Union's Erasmus+ program, the “Eyes TRACKER GP3 Manual”, which is a practical guide for using the Eyes Tracker GP3 device, was published in Bogota, Colombia in 2019. For research requiring visual attention data, the Eyes Tracker GP3 is useful for monitoring the user's visual attention in front of the screen. The manual explains how to check the contents of the box, adjust the camera tripod, install the Gazepoint software, and calibrate the device; it is powered by a 5V USB port and has a frequency of 60 Hz. It explains how Innova's Gazepoint Analysis and Eyes Tracker are used to collect data; Gazepoint Analysis provides a 30-day trial license and Innova's Eyes Tracker has unlimited access. Examples of data collection and export to R Project are detailed, including visual attention coordinates and mouse functions.Ítem Manual de impresora 3D CREATOR PROSarraipa, Joao; Páez, John; López, Jennifer; Fino, Rafael; Sarraipa, Joao [0000-0003-3102-3179]; Páez, John [0000-0002-9452-6024]As part of the ACACIA project, funded by the European Union's Erasmus+ program, a practical guide to using the Creator Pro 3D printer was published in 2019 in Bogota, Colombia. The printer uses fused filament fabrication (FFF) technology with two nozzles. The guide provides instructions for calibrating the platform, turning on the printer and generating documents in the .x3g format, which are required for printing. It also includes information on setting up the printer, the printing process and loading files into the SD memory. It also explains how to remove printed parts after printing and where to find more information.Ítem Manual de Kinect Xbox ONESarraipa, Joao; Páez, John; López, Jennifer; Fino, Rafael; Sarraipa, Joao [0000-0003-3102-3179]; Páez, John [0000-0002-9452-6024]In 2019, a manual for the use of the Kinect Xbox ONE Kinect sensor, funded by the European Union's Erasmus+ program, was published in Bogota, Colombia, as part of the ACACIA project. According to the manual, the device has an AC 100-240v input, a field of view of 70o horizontal and 60o vertical and a sensor depth range of 0.5 to 4.5 meters. Using the SDK Browser program to activate and modify examples of functions, as well as installing the Kinect SDK-V2.0 development kit, are part of the instructions it provides on how to connect and configure the Kinect. It also explains how to use the Kinect_Innova program to collect and save data.Ítem Manual de MySignalsSarraipa, Joao; Páez, John; López, Jennifer; Fino, Rafael; Sarraipa, Joao [0000-0003-3102-3179]; Páez, John [0000-0002-9452-6024]Libelium's MySignals is a complete kit that allows the collection of data regarding physiological signals of the body, such as: heart rate, GSR, blood pressure, body temperature, among others. Its ease of use provides the opportunity to collect detailed data on the physiological behavior of people in certain activities that are proposed for research where it is relevant and/or necessary to store this type of information. It is interesting to involve this point of view in the investigations and to be able to interrelate the behaviors that are seen with the naked eye with those that happen inside the human body and thus to understand a little more the thinking and doing of a person.Ítem Manual de tarjeta de desarrollo Arduino UNOSarraipa, Joao; Páez, John; López, Jennifer; Fino, Rafael; Sarraipa, Joao [0000-0003-3102-3179]; Páez, John [0000-0002-9452-6024]The “Arduino UNO Development Board Manual” provides useful instructions on how to use and power the Arduino UNO development board. The VIN and GND inputs, the USB port and the external power supply are the forms of power that the guide addresses. The digital pins, analog pins, power pins and communication pins (serial, SPI and I2C) are also used. It includes steps for installing the Arduino IDE, connecting the board to the PC, and uploading programs. O protocolo de validação proposto por este projeto de intervenção incide sobre a qualidade das acções implementadas, a estratégia de funcionamento do CADEP com todos os seus recursos e a realização dos objectivos do projeto ACACIA. A conceção e a validação dos módulos Empodera, Innova, Cultiva, Apoya e Convoca são objectivos específicos. O processo de validação é composto por três etapas: criação e conceção da equipa, validação, recolha e análise de informações e reflexão. Este processo envolve vários actores e garante a qualidade do relatório final.
