This monograph reviews the current status of aspects such as biology, incidence, possible etiology, clinical signs, diagnosis, prognosis, and treatment of canine mastocytoma, reported between 2010 and this year. Finding a variety of currently available treatments, along with those that need more study, exposing the need to implement these treatments in the face of the unstable response of MCTs.
