Ítem Diseño de un modelo de procesamiento de datos GPS que mejora y agiliza la georreferenciación en el territorio colombiano en la WebCardona Piedrahíta, Leonardo Alexander; Espinel Ortega, AlvaroIn recent years geospatial technologies have had a vertiginous development, a proof of this is the GPS technology, which is part of the daily life of people, companies, countries. The present research deals with the analysis, design and implementation of a GPS data processing model which allows to improve and speed up, at a low cost, the georeferencing process through the web. To achieve the objectives, different GPS positioning techniques are analyzed, among them DGPS and PPP. The definition of the requirements, design and implementation of the solution was also carried out, which was developed under the philosophy of free software. Finally, 82 RINEX files with known coordinates were processed to validate the precision and accuracy of the proposed processing model.Ítem Implementación de indicadores energéticos al sistema de transporte público masivo de Bogotá – Transmilenio(Universidad Distrital Francisco José de Caldas) Fajardo Vergel Juan Sebastian; Espinel Ortega, Alvaro; Camacho Morales, Omar Andrés; Espinel Ortega, Alvaro [0000-0002-7747-7718]The project is aimed at implementing energy indicators applied to Bogotá's mass transportation system - Transmilenio in the trunk component. This was developed in 3 main components; the first one is the methodology developed for the calculation of indicators applied to passenger transportation, where variables such as distance traveled by buses, energy consumption and passengers transported were related. The second component is the application of the indicators proposed in the methodology, with real operating data provided by Transmilenio, and based on the results, an analysis and energy comparison of the different types of buses operating in the trunk component, made up of the following types of buses: Articulated, Bi-articulated, Articulated, Articulated and Bi-articulated; Articulated, Bi-articulated and standard buses, which use Diesel and Natural Gas Vehicle (NGV) fuels, through the indicator “Energy Efficiency per kilometer traveled” (REK) and the indicator “Energy Consumption per Passenger and per Kilometer” (CEPK), taking into account that Electric Buses do not operate in the trunk component. The average energy consumption per passenger for the years 2019 to 2023 was also calculated and the Passengers Transported per Kilometer Traveled (PTK) indicator was applied, all this, in order to compare energy efficiency in the system year by year. This was accompanied by an hourly energy analysis for each of the 9 trunk lines that make up the entire trunk component, applying the “Average Energy Consumption per Passenger” (CEP) indicator, developed in this research. In the third component and based on the results of the calculated indicators, where it was determined that the buses with Diesel technology presented a better performance in terms of energy since they needed less energy to travel one kilometer and that the buses with a higher load factor (capacity to transport passengers) presented a lower consumption per passenger and per kilometer traveled, Taking into account these criteria, the energy demand of the trunk component was projected with the help of LEAP® software, with 2019 as the base year and 2024 to 2040 as the first year of projection, taking into account assumptions such as; growth of users in the system, fuel efficiency and the participation of buses with better performance. In the other assumption, a renewal of the fleet to electric buses as of 2031 was proposed, where a reduction of about 72% in energy expenditure is evidenced.Ítem Instalación de un Sistema de Monitoreo Sincrofasorial en una Red de Pruebas de Laboratorio del Instituto de Ingeniería UNAMMosquera Arévalo, Octavio Andrés; Rocha Doria, Juan Sebastián; Espinel Ortega, AlvaroThe constantly growing of the power system’s infrastructure as a response to the development of different economics sectors (industry, transport, trading, among others), implying the necessity of guaranty the reliability in operation of power system in the face of natural phenomenoms or technical – operatives, avoiding outages and blackouts. Due to the fact that these can cause a hard impact to the economy of a country. For this reason, the industrial sector has focused hard efforts in the development of technology and systems more efficient, which allow a real time monitoring of power systems, giving advantages in reliability and energy quality. One of the available solutions proposed currently are the systems of synchrophasors measurement systems, composed by Phasorial Unit Systems (PMUs) distributed throughout of power systems supplying the measurements of voltage, current, frequency and the frequency’s derivative, among others; Phasorial Data concentrators (PDCs) used to correlate the measurements through a time stamp to accumulate and implement applications online or offline afterwards. The present investigation proposes the implementation of a monitoring system in real time in a grid of test of laboratory based in synchrophasorial measurements. This system consists in the installation of different kinds of PMUs, these transmit information to a PDC equipment denominated PDC UD-UNAM, through a Local Area Network (LAN) under TCP/IP protocol. With all the information centralized was developed an application in LabVIEW® to visualize the network test’s state. The processed information is registered in a storage system, which allows consult historic dates of electrical variables. On one hand, the validation of this monitoring system was realized in the grid of test of the electronic of power laboratory of Engineering Institute of National Autonomous University of Mexico (II-UNAM). On the other hand, was developed a state estimation using the PDC UD-UNAM database through a cooperation with a doctoral thesis in the II-UNAM. Finally, were designed two guides of laboratory using equipment and the laboratory of electric machines of the District University Francisco Jose de Caldas, in order to promote the using and future applications of synchrophasor technology in the investigations of the same university.Ítem Modelo de interacción inteligente del reglamento del Congreso de Colombia para dispositivos móviles “MIRC”Pinzón Ortiz, Jesús Emilsen; Espinel Ortega, AlvaroIn the present thesis, a Model of Intelligent Interaction of the Regulations of the Congress of Colombia for mobile devices "MIRC" was designed and implemented; software product that implements a system for the dissemination of the Regulation of the Congress of the Republic of Colombia, available for smart mobile devices (cell phones, tablets, etc.), aimed at the general population and especially people with visual impairments or physical and / or illiteracy problems, in order to facilitate access and citizen participation to legislative and administrative work. The interaction between the user and the mobile device is given in natural language processing; by means of which the user limits himself to making the request of what he wishes to consult with his own voice and the device gives him the answer to that request in a synthesized voice. In order to achieve this goal, special emphasis was placed on the aspects of software quality, user requirements, accessibility, use of the potential of mobile devices using their technology in interaction with the user; such as: component for speech recognition and text conversion (SpeechRecognizer), mobile device sensor (AccelerometerSensor), text reading component and its conversion to speech (TextToSpeech), among others. The MIRC app was implemented for mobile devices: smart cell phones and tablets with ANDROID® operating system. In order to validate the usability of the MIRC app, an interview / survey was conducted to potential users interested in consulting the Regulations of the Congress, were also taken into account users without disabilities, as well as users with some visual, physical or with illiteracy problems. Whose results were of great acceptability, easy accessibility and operability.Ítem Modelo web semántico que facilita el contacto digital entre el cliente y grupos musicales en la ciudad de Bogotá.Katz Delgado, Juan Esteban; Espinel Ortega, Alvaro; Vega Escobar, Adriana MarcelaThis research shows the development of a semantic web model whose objective is to create a knowledge base of traditional groups and music genres of the city of Bogota, the method in which the information is transmitted to and from the knowledge base created is through the use of an API based on REST architecture, which uses the HTTP protocol, this information is presented in a web portal.
