During the time of the investigation which started in 2015-II, it was performed the first identification through observation of current conditions in the study area, as well as recognition of the trails which develops most often tourism activities provided by the reserve in order to know the level of damage caused. The work is constructed on how the visiting people should be managed. This means a structured and adequate tourist promotion for the population and the present ecosystems in the park. The first part of the work was developed in the reference frame which is all the concepts and legislation that supports the research and also the geographical location of this ecological park. Information is fundamental for the development of the proposed objectives. After this, the research methodology is described, which are the main instruments to achieve their accomplishment. By using these tools it is possible to achieve the environmental evaluation and to understand the problematic and to describe the main management strategies. The starting point for the research was the environmental-social diagnostic. In this part, the general conditions of the province are presented from a social perspective and the park ecosystem is described, including environmental components such as soil and weather among others, to develop the environmental component. After this, the touristic activities visitor do in the area are described, showing the changes on the ecosystem, management activities and to offer the touristic service. From the information gathered during this process the research obtained the environmental evaluation where it is described the positive or negative effects to the environment and its components. In the next part of the work the base indicators are formulated to measure the pressure generated by the activities inside the ecological park within the environmental frame and the correct management in the economical and socio-cultural frames. This information will be used to monitor and evaluate the activity response. The relationship between economic development and environmental protection should be viewed framed under the same concept, where the efficient use of natural resources, the appropriate use of materials and supplies, improving the processes of generation, transportation, disposal and management of construction and demolition waste (RCD) must be part of a new civic culture by providing benefits to the environment and the economy of the city. This document aims to propose a program for the management of construction and demolition waste in Madelena Altos project, which serves as a replica to be applied in other construction projects Prodesa SAS This generates that sometimes the public space (roads, parks, road dividers, gardens, natural waterways and areas of round) are occupied by this waste, producing significant environmental impacts and administrative costs to the responsible district entities of control and management from the rubble. The existing regulations in the city determines that the generators and transporters of debris are responsible for their management and disposal. It also specifies that the disposal of waste must be done in the district dumps, transfer stations authorized by the Department of Environment or fillings authorized by the authorities of district planning work. These aspects were identified through a methodology study case, obtaining information from different sources such as internal company data, field observation visits, and literature review. An initial diagnosis of the conditions of the company concerning environmental resulting affections was made. Subsequently, the environmental assessment was performed through Fernández Conessa matrix, Vester matrix, and eco-maps, which allowed the identification of environmental issues. Based on the outlines made from the methodologies used, the following programs were constructed: water savings and its efficient use program, energy efficient use program, solid wasting comprehensive management, shedding control program, atmospheric emissions control program, sustainable practices program, and healthy-safety work program. With the implementation of this programs, we are looking for the prevention, correction, mitigation, compensation, and decreasing of possible negative affections to the environment generated by the company.
