Resumen
The formulation of an environmental policy is achieved by the identification and analysis of environmental and social behavior, and based on decisions that are taken to achieve the conservation, protection and recovery of natural resources in a sustainable manner through a series of instruments defined goals to achieve short, medium and long term based on Law 99 of 1993 by which the public sector responsible for the management and conservation of the environment and renewable natural resources is rearranged, there is modulated as stipulated in Article 1 on environmental policy in Colombia to the municipal level, in addition to this you can work with different tools such as Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA) for identifying the effectiveness of the actions that have been carried out, where it considers that public policies are considered strategies and initiatives to provide solutions to one or more problems identified in a given region, in this case, the formulation of environmental policy for the municipality of Simijaca into account is designed with regional policies (Prepared by the Regional Autonomous Corporation and Cundinamarca), social actors of the urban and rural sector Simijaca and political actors involved in the process.
