Análisis de la gestión de la comunidad desde los procesos de la proyección en el Colegio San Agustín del Municipio de Facatativá, Cundinamarca

Abstract

The research project Analysis from the community management in the projection processes at Colegio San Agustín in the municipality of Facatativá, Cundinamarca was based on the evaluation of the components: parents' school, community services, use of the physical plant and media, and mandatory student social service in which a case study was developed under the methodologies of qualitative research using semi-structured interview instruments, focus group and documentary review for data collection in the field, taking into account the categories of analysis efficacy, efficiency and effectiveness as a reference for the diagnosis and evaluation of the project. From this research, a proposal for an improvement plan for Colegio San Agustín is achieved, contributing to the institutional self-evaluation, the projection in the management of the community and the improvement processes that within their autonomy they consider pertinent.
