The document collects information on preventive and corrective maintenance for the equipment of the VOELLER MIXER, RIDGID THREADING MACHINE and LAND THERMOGRAPHIC CAMERA, in order to draft a series of tables with information regarding the equipment and the maintenance activities carried out with their required times. So for this project will be necessary to change the physical conditions of the bank in terms of elements, since it will guarantee the operation without any problem with hot water. By performing this modification, it will be possible to perform a detailed analysis on the effect of this variable, and that both increase or decrease the presence of cavitation in our pump as we change the temperature. In the first instance the company provided one of the collectors of which manufactures and markets , then continue to take it to the University Francisco José de Caldas to study the behavior of the panel in radiation conditions outside and simulated radiation in the laboratory.Ítem Análisis de Desgaste Abrasivo en Acero AISI SAE H13Almonacid Diaz, José Harbey; Dueñas Rojas, Jonny RicardoAt present there are no direct studies and they indicate in a concise way the values that some steels have against the phenomenon of abrasion or abrasive wear. In the present work we seek to obtain reference data on the abrasive wear resistance of hot tool steel, AISI H13 STEEL. This was followed by procedure B established by the ASTM G65 standard, which governs everything related to the realization of this type of wear. Three samples of the material with the measures established within the norm were taken, carrying out the tests with a duration of a little more than 12 minutes each one. Metallographic preparation of this material was also performed to analyze its microstructure (ASTM E3), microhardness (ASTM E384) and hardness (ASTM E18). As a result, a series of carbides in spheroidal form embedded in a ferritic matrix, the microstructure of a ferritic material annealed at a temperature lower than the eutectoid, was found in the microstructural analysis of the material, giving a material with a hardness that this case was Of 87 HRB. As for the abrasive wear, the results indicated an average volume loss of 72.86 mm3, images were also obtained by means of scanning electron microscopy, in which uniform wear is evidenced without major damages to the material, confirms one of the main Advantages of the AISI H13 steel and its high resistance to abrasion.Ítem Analisis de la Evolucion Microestructural de un Acero AISI/SAE 1045 al Ser Sometido a un Tratamiento IsotermicoArdila Garcia, Juan David; Coral Martinez, David Leonardo; Bohorquez Avila, Carlos ArturoFor this project six steel samples AISI/SAE 1045 were used, one of which remained in delivery state, and the remaining were subjected to heat treatments as follows. All samples were exposed to an initial heating to 770 ° C for 30 minutes, then they subjected to a cooling environment with mild water spray to reach approximately 550 ° C. Once this temperature was reached the samples to a second flask were introduced previously heated to 550 ° C, hence the specimens were taken out one at a different time: 5 minutes, 15 minutes, 30 minutes, 1 hour and 2 hours. Each sample was allowed to cool to ambient.
