El actual proyecto se centra en los denominados materiales híbridos, en este caso el material compuesto por dos capas de fibra de estropajo, fibra de fique y resina poliester, en su primera parte el documento hace referencia a los aspectos teóricos en los que se abordan conocimientos acerca de los componentes de un material compuesto, las características, clasificación, orientación de las fibras y propiedades mecánicas, En la segunda parte del documento se realiza la obtención del molde, para la fabricación de las probetas del material híbrido a analizar; se ejecuta el ensayo de tensión y se obtienen los datos de resistencia para cada fracción volumetrica seleccionada, una vez obtenidos los datos de las pruebas, se estudiaran los resultados para identificar el material con las mejores características mecánicas, por último se mostrarán las conclusiones y recomendaciones del análisis realizado durante la ejecución del proyecto, cabe resaltar que la finalidad del documento es evaluar la influencia volumétrica de la composición del material híbrido reforzado con dos capas de fibra de estropajo, fibra de fique y resina poliéster con los valores reales de los ensayos de tensión
Resumen
The current project focuses on the so-called hybrid materials, in this case the material composed of two layers of scour fiber, fique fiber and polyester resin, in its first part the document refers to the theoretical aspects in which they address knowledge about the components of a composite material, the characteristics, classification, fiber orientation and mechanical properties, In the second part of the document is made the obtaining of the mold, for the manufacture of the test tubes of the hybrid material to be analyzed; the stress test is executed and resistance data are obtained for each selected volumetric fraction, once the test data are obtained, the results will be studied to identify the material with the best mechanical characteristics, finally the conclusions and recommendations of the analysis carried out during the execution of the project will be shown, it is worth highlighting that the purpose of the document is to evaluate the volumetric influence of the composition of the hybrid material reinforced with two layers of scouring fibre, fique fibre and polyester resin with the real values of the stress tests.
