Ítem Herramienta de adquisición de datos en un vehículo aéreo no tripulado para detección de variables climatológicas en un invernadero.Fuentes Cubillos, David Santiago; González Luengas, Camilo Andrés; Castañeda Tibaquirá, Dora LiliaThe next document describes the development of a tool which is used to get information from a greenhouse, this was put in an unmanned aerial vehicle in order to measure different climatic variables. This tool is divided in 4 parts: first, the Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV), the monitoring system, the control system and the user interface. The first is a Quadcopter SK45 Turnigy with an air controller kk2.1.5 and it has 4 motors without brushes Brushless Multistar 2214 935kv and a maximum thrust of 850 g for every engine, this detail is necessary to get a functioning correct of the system due to the weight of the UAV. Second, The monitoring system is used to do an approximation of the climate conditions in the greenhouse and it has 4 sensors: light sensor (TSL2561), air quality sensor (MQ-135), temperature sensor (DHT11), relative humidity sensor (DHT11) and in addition to that, it was added an ultrasonic sensor HC-SR04 to get information in relation to the elevation of the vehicle and this variable is taken into account to do a graphic about the different physical variables that can be measured. Third, the programming system is put in the PsoC 5 LP CY8CKIT-059 microcontroller and it has a CY8C5888LTI-LP097 with which the programming and recording of the monitoring system and every sensor and in this way, to send information through the modules of the communication Xbee serie 2 and it used a communication protocol Zigbee. For this, initially the respective calculations of the direct and inverse kinematics of the same were made, from these calculations a mobile application was developed in Android Studio, which allows the user to interact with the robot in a simpler way, thus managing to manipulate each one of the servomotors, test routines of positions already assigned, and program routines by means of direct kinematics and inverse kinematics. A bluetooth module was also added to achieve connectivity between the platform and the user's mobile. The programming process is made from an Android mobile device; the user sends data by to HC-06 device and gets medicine in any time which the user has required it. The prototype has an Arduino Uno microcontroller that is the programmable device, a RTC DS3231 clock that allows us to work with the time in real time, a Bluetooth HC-06 module, this device allows data reception, four micro servo motors that open and close Each drawer when activating the dispensing time, LEDs and a piezoelectric speaker that is activated every time it is the dispensing time, has a button for the user to press once the medicine is purchased and the doors close, it will also count with a mobile application used for Android, it will be used by the user and it is an easy interface to manage, from this application all data will be transmitted. So with these items the dispenser is ready to use. Using Internet protocols HTTP (Hypertext Transfer Protocol) and SSH (Secure Shell) client orders communicate with our central controller responsible for processing and communicating those orders to the actuators so as to control the lighting system of the house. The central system controller, raspberry Pi is basically a computer that uses a variation of Linux called RASPBIAN, allowing the use of its modules and interfaces, which are programmed by two different programming languages, HTML (HyperText Markup Language) which will cover the environment chart that will see the end user, and Python, allowing the use of its great virtues as focused machine language. We modify the previous control and classification algorithm in the machine, complementing it with the connection to a local database hosted on a web server, allowing me to upload the value of the sensors and other events, as well as download and execute the status of the actuators. The system uses a conveyor belt to transport the fruit to a sealed box where a cleaning and disinfection process is applied. The system consists of two lines of misting spray, each using a different chemical agent, and also simultaneously implements UV-C disinfection. The study was divided into three stages: a literature review of different methods of fruit washing and disinfection in the first stage, the selection of topologies with higher effectiveness in the second stage that incorporated the necessary requirements for machine operation, such as sensors, actuators, controlled irrigation system, and control panel. The third stage involved testing the system's functionality and conducting different microbiological tests that showed the advantages of treating fruit before consumption, demonstrating that fruit passing through the mentioned system has a shelf life of 1 to 2 days longer than fruit treated with traditional methods.
