This project is developed in Ciudad Bolivar locality, at IED Santa Bárbara and IED Tesoro de la Cumbre with the stages II and III. In these schools it is identified a serious problematic which is the bad school coexistence. Thanks to the implementation of learning- environ ment guided to the socio-affective development, the practice allowed the reorganization of different schooling dynamics in order to improve the school coexistence, given pedagogical mediation in order that the students of different grades explore their habilities of emphaty, cooperation and communal work; they will improve better the communication and the taken of decisions, they will be sensitized of the respect for the multiple differences that the others have, and the reflexion about a their roles in the rights guarantee.Ítem La narración oral como primera forma de literatura infantil para los niños y niñas de caminadores uno.Avendaño, Diana Marcela Avendaño; Sandoval Guzman, BettyThis report corresponds to the internship done through an inter-institutional cooperation agreement for the development of internships and academic placements between District Secretariat of Social Integretion and La Universidad Distrital Francisco José de Caldas. The intention of the developed proposal is to promote oral narration as the first form of children's literature in early education through the development of literary and narrative activities about everyday situations, presented in unconventional training spaces that are interpreted as places of learning, expression, and socialization in the early stages of development and integral formation
