Resumen
With the next job is to make the redesign of a dividing cutting wheat dough through methodologies to obtain a concept of the analyzed design from different orientations of the design, for which a series of processes that allowed generate a design developed detailed the equipment to be manufactured. an order of activities that allowed base, parcializar and prioritize concepts that give solution to the problems and needs expressed by customers, taking into account the competition, engineering specifications, functional analysis and debugging concepts through a was raised evaluation that would create a dominant global concept, as a premise to start with the detailed design phase. In the detailed design they took into account several factors that define the concept to be obtained, materials, components and functional interfaces, so considered that with the help of a CAD software, can make a graphic representation more precise concept that has been analyzed, considering ease of manufacture and assembly without neglecting and cost. Still must make an assessment of this design with respect to some improvements that do not affect functionality, but that will give a plus, or improve the performance of the machine in this way we will have two key concepts, so that may be considered after the functional assessment, which is the most suitable, to finally assess the environmental impact and oriented analysis of failure modes and effects design.
