Resumen
The use of solar radiation as a source of energy in processes of transformation to mechanical or electrical energy in non-innected areas, led to the development and construction of a prototype photovoltaic engine designed on the basis of principles of electricity and electromagnetism, which, supported by simulations and experimental tests in an artificial environment, allowed each of its components to be selected, as well as identifying the best lighting and temperature conditions for its operation. Once the environment was established the engine was parameterized with the use of sensors located both inside and outside, which allowed to know and analyze its behavior with the purpose of optimizing it to be implemented in a water pumping system; coupling a turbine for increasing the flow rate at its outlet for filling a tank. This being one of the first applications documented in the academic field for this type of engine.
