Resumen
The research consists of three parts, two archaeological aspects and one proper genealogical. In its archaeological phase, it aims to analyze the conditions in which forced displacement and humanitarian assistance to the victims of the conflict in Colombia are analyzed and seeks to analyze the characteristics in which the displaced person and the victim are transformed into subjects of political intervention and Administrative. A second part of the archaeological study entails studying the cross between certain conditions of knowledge and the objectification of the subjects. It proposes to analyze the way in which these subjects are recognized as objects of study, objects of intervention, and through what procedures this recognition occurs. Finally the genealogical closure of the study proposes the resistance as an exercise of power that has as perspective the creation of new and powerful forms of action in opposition to technologies and practices of power. Genealogy requires understanding the strategic role of resistance: its resistant strategies and practices as opposed to the means of control and the power procedures that attempt to reduce it. Therefore, genealogy closes the analysis of the conformation of the subjects "victim" and "displaced", concentrating on the production of these subjects within the positive framework of the resistance practices that organize against the forms of constitution studied in the Sections.
