Resumen
This document gives an account of the theoretical and practical exercise of the research process in the Imaginaries and Social Representations of Childhood Emphasis that had as its purpose to interpret the imaginary meanings about emotions that a group of 3 and 4 year old boys and girls have to unveil the configuration of the child as a social subject. This research is qualitative, with an interpretive approach, was carried out with children of 3 and 4 years of the municipality of Funza, Cundinamarca, Sustention from a theoretical and conceptual framework of childhood, culture, imaginary meanings and emotions as central referents for address life experiences and relationships, among other elements that influence the understanding of childhood from its biopraxis, were used as tools for the collection of information: the survey, participant observation and the iconographic workshop; which allowed us to see the representations, desires, affections and practices that children have about their basic emotions., making it possible to unveil in the process of systematization and interpretation the different imaginary meanings about emotion of boys and girls in their configuration as social subjects that are created and recreated according to the subjects, and social historical moment, that emerge in the discourse and experiences of each one of the participants of the research.
