Resumen
The present work is based on the systematization of the experience with children from 3 to 6 years of grades kindergarten and transition of the Institution Gimnasio Indoamericano. The project focused on strengthening the processes of reading and writing directing its application to the functions it fulfills in society rather than a linear, repetitive and mechanized exercise. Significant experiences that arise from the knowledge that the children have built throughout their lives, welcoming their interests so that starting from the game, cooperative work and problem situations can build other new knowledge to serve For its development in society. Accompany the reading and writing processes through alternative strategies that enrich not only the work with the children, but also the teaching work of the interns, generating critical, reflexive and propositive postures in front of the different methodologies implemented in that process.
