Revisión, análisis, organización documental y cartográfico en el proceso de censo de usuarios en la formulación de los planes de ordenamiento del recurso hídrico (PORH) de la jurisdicción CAR en la subzona hidrográfica del río Carare Minero

Abstract

Water is a vital resource for the survival of humanity and the balance of ecosystems. The formulation and implementation of Water Resource Management Plans becomes a fundamental tool to guarantee sustainable and equitable water management, taking into account current and potential uses and conservation objectives in the jurisdiction of the Regional Autonomous Corporation (CAR). In this context, the user census process is presented as a key tool to gather relevant information on the different actors that make use of the water resource. This report describes the activities developed during the internship at the CAR, with the objective of supporting the review, analysis, documentary and cartographic organization of the User Census component in the PORH.
