Resumen
The purpose of this work is to prepare the unit price analysis (UPA) of the constructions and infrastructure for the cultivation of flowers in the department of Cundinamarca, in order to generate a support document for the appraisal work, because these constructions and equipment are unconventional when assigning a replacement value, since they are directly focused on the production of flowers and are not suitable for other types of crops, since the floriculture sector is highly technified and environmentally friendly. On the other hand, flower cultivation is considered sustainable, considering that all types of material and organic waste are reused; leachates produced in the crops are treated and recirculated through fences to the reservoirs, where they are reused again, and chemical elements are well managed. However, this activity continues to be stigmatized by society, especially with regard to soil contamination, which is not true, because they use raised beds made of a high-density polyethylene called mapal, which prevents leachate from leaching into the soil. The main constructions and infrastructure analyzed include greenhouses, cold rooms, post-harvest, offices, main hydraulic system building, MIPE and MIRFE cabins, main hydraulic system, reservoirs, main electrical system, gates, accesses, and enclosures.
