Análisis Multitemporal para Mejorar la Toma de Decisiones en los Planes de Ordenamiento Territorial, Caso Aplicado Zona Franca Mosquera

Abstract

Based on the conurbation presented by the municipality of Mosquera in recent years due to its proximity to Bogotá and its declaration of a free zone in 2007, it has become a development pole that promotes competitiveness in the region. The multitemporal analysis project to improve decision-making in territorial planning plans, applied case Mosquera free zone; is aimed at the formulation for the application of remote sensing tools through multi-temporal analysis with the capture of satellite images that allow identifying the dynamics over time as opposed to the occupation of the space of the industrial, rural and urban areas of Mosquera, with the purpose of strengthening the technical and documentary bases for decision making in the application of the land use planning plan, through an efficient management in the land use planning, occupation and transformation of the territory, obtaining geographic information correctly integrated to the Geographic Information System commonly known as GIS.
