Resumen
The agronomists and / or forestry or environmental Engineers of the ANT, to carry out the Rural Appraisals, consider the Land, the Buildings and the Crops (Permanent and transitory) as valuation elements. In this way, important factors of the property are evaluated considering physical, economic, political and social aspects. The Physical Aspect, which is based on this project, consists of the identification of the boundaries of the land, the constructions settled on it and the classification of the land and its crops. To carry out these identifications, the Agronomists and / or Forestry or Environmental Engineers, carry out on-site visits called ocular inspections, which consists of a meticulous tour of the entire property, preparing an individual and detailed report of the land and buildings. This work is currently being collected through the completion of physical forms. To carry out the agrological classification, aspects are evaluated according to their capacity for use, exploitation and management. It is also important to mention that variables such as relief, slopes, natural, waterlogging or flooding of the soils, discontinuity, moisture retention, stonyness, erosion, texture, effective depth and fertility level are taken into account in these ocular inspections. The most important aspect that is worked on in the field visits is the characterization of permanent or semi-permanent crops, if they are irrigated farmlands or not, if they are weedy or unproductive lands, among other aspects. These aspects are already defined in the Corine Land Cover Colombia (CLC) methodology, which allows describing, characterizing, classifying and comparing the characteristics of land cover, through levels. Although the Corine Land Cover methodology was adopted for the identification of land covers, through satellite images, it is being adopted in ocular inspections by professionals, which have greater precision due to the fact that they are extracting this data directly from the field. For this reason, make this mobile application, allow the Agronomists and / or Forestry or Environmental Engineers of the ANT, collect this data digitally and ready to be processed in GIS platforms, to determine lengths and areas, inputs and for the calculation of appraisals.
