Abstract

This monograph aims to analyze whether those deprived of their liberty who are carrying out work-type activities as part of their sentence redemption have the same guarantees established in the substantive labor code in terms of safety and health at work. For the above, the regulatory framework has been issued by the legislator in this particular case where those deprived of liberty are in a condition of special subjection to the state, if the regulatory framework is being implemented in said entities, who would be the regulatory entity and if it was is carrying out inspection and surveillance work on the implementation of said regulations in force in the prisons that are the object of this investigation.
