Resumen
This research was performed taking into account the contribution of music in relation to the emotional and artistic and human, from the reconstruction of experiences of 5 musicians who serve as Clown Doctors in Bogota Dr. Clown Foundation and with input from peer perceptions, medical staff, patients and their companions. It contains six chapters, the first is the background, where a historical tour is about using laughter and humor in hospital settings. The second, accounts for methodological development, unit of analysis and information processing. The third addresses the issue of the different dimensions that determine the role of a clown Doctor in hospital settings. The fourth, specifies the role of Doctor clown with emphasis on music. The fifth analyzes the emotional significance that is generated in a musician from his role as a hospital clown service. And the sixth noted the contribution of music in relation to emotionality in laughter therapy. It ends with the conclusions drawn throughout the investigation, as proposed perfilándolas publishing an article.
