Resumen
The research is part of a document review process from which you try to show how the Colombian political and legal discourse, within the project of modernity, I build a sense of citizenship and in it a particular way of seeing, build and give a place Indian subject.
We'll see how the political and legal discourse in Colombia, supported particularly as seen through charters, have stressed the idea or notion about the indigenous have had, and understanding how these subjects have been conceived as primitive beings, animals, lower, wild or later conception, subject knowledge holders in harmony with the ecosystem. Analyze the different notions of what indigenous to our country, will allow understand how each time determines the symbolic production of meaning from the flow of information and knowledge circulating in different areas of society and are often acobijados by institutional discourses the fields of law, politics and science. Thus, each institution has its own discourses through which they enter the field of confrontation and legitimation for knowledge, truth and power with the social structure, leading to discursive crossover from different fields, either, science, law, politics or the same social organizations play an important role in the social construction of reality.
