Abstract

Enersolutions S.A.S, is an electrical engineering consulting company that, through the monitoring of current regulations and regulations, provides support to companies interested in improving the reliability and safety of electrical installations, through preventive and corrective maintenance, as well as the verification of electrical parameters and correct operation of its components. In order to develop complementary and valuable services for clients that at the same time allow reaching new markets, the development of a business plan is proposed to evaluate the feasibility and economic viability for inclusion in the portfolio of consulting services in energy efficiency. In the business plan, technical and economic aspects necessary for the implementation of the project will be evaluated, the analysis of the markup and the expected profitability will be carried out to finally determine if the energy efficiency consulting service will contribute to the positioning and growth of the company.
