Estudio del valor del suelo de la ciudad de Bogotá, zonas homogéneas físicas estudio de caso localidad de Suba

Abstract

The territorial observatory for the District University Francisco José de Caldas "OTUD" of Bogotá city led by the research group "GIGA" began in 2013 with the pilot project of the Suba’s locality, where was made the study of the land value of the locality. One of the purposes of the observatory is to compare the change in the value of the land over time; this is why in this year the research group is studying the value land value of the Bogotá city in the Suba’s Locality. For the determination of land value of the Suba locality following the methodology of Geoeconomic Homogeneous Zones, it is necessary to make the Physical Homogeneous Zones, this by means of field work, supported also by information obtained in the Special Unit of the District Cadastre. The purpose of the study is to provide the academic community, public and private entities such as the real estate sector with a reliable source of Physical Homogeneous Zones of the Suba’s locality.
