Propuesta de implementación del sistema de gestión de calidad en Calzado Wuenses, según ISO 9001:2015 enfocado en planificación y control operacional

Abstract

Undergraduate project in internship mode consists in identifying and analyzing the current conditions of a company WUENSES, legally constituted who manufacturing women's footwear; which it is intended to propose a method for the organization and control of its process, based on the ISO 9001:2015 standard, which describes the requirements that quality management system must meet. Quality management system is important to companies, since it allows processes to be standardized facilitating the development of specific activities that each area must reach using the necessary resources, which allows them to be more competitive and have greater participation in market. The undergraduate project presents a method to implement the quality management system composed of 5 stages: starting with the diagnosis where the current state of the company is known, in planning a detailed schedule of activities is prepared with those responsible and times, In the design, the documentation required by the standard is carried out, in the implementation is documented, disseminated and applied, and finally, verification and evaluation of the implementation and compliance with the objectives is carried out.
