Abstract

OSC TELECOMS & SECURITY SOLUTIONS S.A.S. It is a company in the market of telecommunications and electronic security solutions through consulting, sales and equipment rental and maintenance.As a company that has more than 200 employees currently employed, and with a fairly small HSEQ area, a personal little interest, and limited resources, it is a challenge to maintain standards of Health and Safety at Work 100%, so which it is necessary to establish clear goals and action plans to enforce them.That is why the area has been forced to set priorities, leaving aside some aspects in the foreground, does not appreciate the effects that they produce, but if you see depth note that these are accumulated and end affecting Safety and health of workers.Given the above objectives of this work they are: to perform a technical assessment to identify hazards and assess risks in order to keep a check on the risks and propose a series of activities to improve processes such as induction, training, emergency brigade , COPASST and Environmental Care.Given that human capital is the most important aspect of a company, also raised activities, where each employee is involved to be part active of these, and thus make the topic Safety and Health at Work is of utmost importance for all, minimizing any risk and maximizing the welfare of workers.
