Desarrollo de un plan estratégico para la empresa E & AS SAS con el fin de lograr el posicionamiento en la industria de la construcción del sector eléctrico

Abstract

Energy and Automation Solutions SAS is a company with two and a half years of experience in the civil and electrical construction sector, whose objective is the research, design engineering, general commercialization, maintenance, consulting, and interventoría in projects of electrical infrastructure ; which lacks a strategic management that designs a planning and allows to achieve a positioning in the market. The purpose of this academic project is to find that processes and methodologies of a strategic plan are not implemented in the company, and complement them with existing ones; through the use of Project Management Institute (PMI) tools, Balanced Score Card analysis, strategic plan implementation manuals, strategic routing models and competitive reporting. All in search of providing the company with a strong internal system with adoption of systemic thinking focused on strategic planning, as a form of adaptation and business survival.
