Informe final de pasantía “apoyo en el proceso de formulación del plan de ordenamiento del recurso hídrico de los cuerpos de agua priorizados de la subzona hidrográfica del Río Carare (Minero) en la fase de acciones previas y diagnóstico”

Abstract

In following internship report, the support in ordering process carried out in the Río Carare (Minero) hydrographic subzone in three hydrographic units of level one (I), Río Palenque, Río Guaquimay and Río Negro, is exposed. Throughout the report, information derived from the review of: (1) zoning of the hydrographic units, and (2) the ordering process. Within the ordering process the following are mentioned: (1) the prioritization carried out by the Regional Autonomous Corporation of Cundinamarca (RAC) for the bodies of water that are the object of management; (2) the execution of previous actions, where the support provided in the review and organization of databases is presented; (3) the execution of the phases of the management process, in which the support provided for phase 1 execution (corresponding to the management declaration of water bodies subject to management), and the process of phase 2 development (in which support is presented in the elaboration of internal procedures for the Water Resources Management Plans (WRMP) under RAC’S jurisdiction. On the other hand, the activities carried out during the participation spaces of the Carare (Minero) River’s WRMP, the review of the products derived from the contractual processes of the WRMP, and the traceability of the WRMP of the Carare River (Minero) are presented.
