Abstract

In this document it is intended to develop in an appropriate way the business plan for the company Gea Mejor Soluciones S.A.S. which was structured as an organization that provides repair and maintenance services, building construction and civil engineering consulting. For this, the characterization of the organization will be carried out, a brief trip through the history of the economy and entrepreneurship will be given, the legal framework that governs the operation of companies that are in the sector of the construction in the country and different concepts and / or theories of what a business plan is and how to structure it will be mentioned. Understanding the business plan as a meeting of studies that approach the company from different angles and that will result in the organization's navigation chart for its eventual growth. This is how the market should be studied and how they behave: customers, competitors and how the organization is within this market. The technical part of the project and the product or service should also be studied, which will sit the organization within a physical space and which will allow in a concrete way to know what needs to be implemented to be able to sell the service and be well received in the market. In addition, the administrative study allows to demonstrate the human talent required as the pillar of the organization and that thanks to them it will work. Finally, the financial study makes it possible to define the feasibility of developing the structured business plan.
