Resumen
This article presents the results of the IDIPRON internship under the MADRES PROJECT, the main objective of which is to generate an educational process in the women who participate in the project so that they can complete their studies, while at the same time re-establishing their fundamental rights And increase their self-esteem and personal judgment. In order to achieve the proposed objective, the trainee designed a syllabus, which allows the students to approach the subjects necessary to complete their studies in the eleventh and eleventh grade in the area of natural sciences, more precisely in the subject of chemistry. Within the aforementioned curriculum, there was a greater preponderance to activities such as exhibitions, debates and workshops where the active participation of students is fundamental and contributes to their academic and personal growth. Finally, after 6 months of work, a significant change in the students' attitudes, ways of thinking and interpreting reality and the natural sciences was observed, as well as a great ease in expressing themselves in public. This work concludes with the graduation of the entire group of students who attended 11th grade in IDIPRON for the first semester of 2015 and leaves open some questions that may be a product of research, in addition to engaging the entire educational community within the framework Of a possible post-conflict and in addition to this as universities must address this issue in the training of teachers in natural sciences
