To achieve this, the canvas model was used in the formulation of the business model in order to establish the way in which the company would interact with the market and carry out the appropriate planning for its implementation. PEYEA and DOFA analyzes were applied to this business plan, obtaining high feasibility in its implementation, supported by its approval in the Entrepreneurship and Innovation Project Acceleration Program.
