dc.description	Este proyecto de grado tiene como objetivo exponer el problema que tienen muchas entidades para la delimitar manualmente las áreas aferentes de derrame de hidrocarburos, insumo importante para definir rutas de derrame en los planes de Emergencia para derrame de hidrocarburos. A partir de este problema se plantea una solución para automatizar este proceso con el desarrollo de un plugin para el software de Sistemas de Información Geográfica: ArcGIS. Para el desarrollo e implementación del plugin, se recurre a la metodología de programación ágil XP (Extreme Programing), En este documento se se evidencian las fases de programación del plugin AAPDE: Planificación, Diseño, Implementación y Validación y pruebas y finalmente se muestran resultados y conclusiones.	spa
dc.description.abstract	This graduation project expose the problem that many entities have to manually delimit the afferent areas of oil spill, an important input to define spill routes in the emergency plans for oil spills. From this problem a solution is proposed to automate this process with the development of a plugin for Geographic Information Systems software: ArcGIS. For the development and implementation of the plugin, it is used the methodology of agile programming XP (Extreme Programing), This document shows the phases of programming of the AAPDE plugin: Planning, Design, Implementation and Validation and tests and finally results are shown And conclusions.	spa
