Resumen
The purpose of this document is to make known the existing problem in the Cristaleria Peldar plant around one of its machines, more specifically one of the bottle decorating machines. The Strutz CLS-200 bottle decorator has hardwired logic-based control, producing a number of production and operational delays and hazards. At the same time, this document intends to visualize the development of the solution to this problem; solution given in 5 steps. In the first place, a study of the operation of the machine was carried out, including data such as: existing signals, actuator devices, electrical and logical operation. After being clear about the operation of the wired logic in this machine, and the information of the control devices, a series of calculations are made for the dimensioning of protections, this for the correct design of electrical plans. In order to be able to program the machine based on SIEMENS technology for the most part, it was necessary to analyze each of its functions. These analyzes can be seen by means of flowcharts, now, so that the technical staff that operates the decorating machine can coordinate and control the process, an HMI was programmed, this document explains each of the screens. The start-up of the machine is carried out once the assembly, verification and verification of the electrical connection and programming have been completed.
