Resumen
The following monograph shows the research developed on the potential of the arboloco marrow (montanoa quadrangularis) by characterizing thermal and acoustic properties. To obtain the coefficient of thermal conductivity, an assembly is made using the Hukseflux thermal needle and the Campbell Scientific CR1000 Datalogger, referenced under ASTM D5334-14 "Standard test method for the determination of the thermal conductivity of soil and soft rock. by means of the thermal needle probe procedure ", and to obtain the normal incidence acoustic absorption coefficient, the acoustic impedance tube laboratory referenced under the ASTM C384 standard is constructed" Standard test method for impedance and absorption of acoustic materials by the impedance tube method ". Finally, a series of simulations is carried out with the help of the TRNSYS 17 program of a basic building using the TMY climate file from Bogotá DC, varying the thermal insulation between the arboloco marrow, the Foamglass and three configurations simulating the materials contained in a wall. conventional, in which the behavior of the internal temperature is evaluated with respect to the ambient temperature.
