Resumen
Introduction: "IMPLEMENTATION OF THE SYSTEMS OF PLANNING OF BUSINESS RESOURCES (ERP) IN THE ORGANIZATIONS FROM THE COEVOLUTION", is an article of bibliographical revision, product of the investigation realized during 2016 and 2017 like project of degree of the faculty of Industrial Engineering of Francisco José de Caldas District University. Problem: According to various investigations, ERP implementations have failed, generating business losses. Objective: Design a study proposal for the implementation of ERP to be successful in organizations. Methodology: It starts by reviewing the literature related to the implementation of ERP in organizations, identifying that 70% of companies did not obtain the expected results. It is argued that the adoption of ERP can be understood as a coevolutionary process based on the interaction between employees through formal and informal affiliation networks. Results: It is proposed to start by identifying the people who have the greatest potential to influence the others, so that a process of dissemination of information that flows from the most influential nodes to those with which they interact is initiated. Conclusion: The understanding of change as processes of coevolution in formal and informal networks gives rise to the option of discussing and re-thinking the way companies are organized. Limitations: The proposal is in conceptual phase, there is still no empirical research that allows its validation. Originality: Up to now, the implementation of this type of platform has not been addressed, from this point of view.
