This document is focused on the project "Management of Lessons Learned for Problem Solving in a Business" project, starting with the identification of the problem in which it indicates the disadvantages currently faced by organizations in solving the problems. Incidences. It is based on a conceptual framework that gives a preliminary description of some of the most used incident management tools in organizations and gives an approach to what is knowledge management, lessons learned and participants in the Incident solution. Lessons learned are important for companies in managing and analyzing the knowledge that has been generated over time, these become an asset that makes companies more productive leading to best practices and quality improvement.
