Carbohydrates are the first chemical structures group the biocomposites, being essential for the functioning of the body, since it is this group of molecules of whom part the production of energy in human beings. From the education media and University, the teaching of the metabolism of carbohydrates is performs of way memory, which hinders the learning of different concepts to the not see a sense real in the environment everyday. The research work aimed to make a didactic unit in biomolecules and metabolism, making use of the so-called classroom methodology "activities math classroom (ACPA)", from the type of case study research and animations made using FLASH program. It was concluded that the ACPA are an important tool in the teaching of science, because they allow students to create their own knowledge and the use of ICT promotes the understanding of metabolism, fostering the emotional motivation in students.
