| dc.description | En esta edición de Tripulantes, los participantes: Mario, Ana María, Juan Diego y Duván exploran el complejo mundo de las emociones. Inspirados por la película Intensamente, los jóvenes discuten las emociones básicas como alegría, tristeza, ira, miedo y asco, y se preguntan si hay otras importantes. Una psicóloga invitada, Ángela Campos, explica que las emociones son "sensores" o "alarmas" que nos ayudan a reaccionar a situaciones externas, diferenciándolas de los sentimientos (la etapa posterior a la emoción, mediada por el pensamiento). El programa aborda la importancia de experimentar todas las emociones para el desarrollo personal y la forma en que los recuerdos están cargados de emociones. Finalmente, en su "cápsula por la paz", se destacan a jóvenes científicos que ven en la ciencia y la educación el camino para construir la paz y superar problemas sociales, reforzando la idea de que la curiosidad y el aprendizaje son clave para un futuro mejor. | |
| dc.description.abstract | In this edition of Crew, participants Mario, Ana María, Juan Diego, and Duván explore the complex world of emotions. Inspired by the film Inside Out, the young people discuss basic emotions such as joy, sadness, anger, fear, and disgust, and wonder if there are other important ones. A guest psychologist, Ángela Campos, explains that emotions are "sensors" or "alarms" that help us react to external situations, differentiating them from feelings (the stage after emotion, mediated by thought). The program addresses the importance of experiencing all emotions for personal development and how memories are charged with emotions. Finally, in its "peace capsule," young scientists are highlighted who see science and education as a path to building peace and overcoming social problems, reinforcing the idea that curiosity and learning are key to a better future. | |
