Resumen
The municipality of Tenjo is located in the province of savannah center in the department of Cundinamarca, 37 kilometers from the city of Bogotá, Colombian Capital District. For the years 2008 and 2009, Colombia is going through a very large winter season, which produced floods that affected the country's populations. The Municipality of Tenjo, was severely affected by the winter season, with the most affected populations being the sidewalks of La Punta, Guangata, Poveda 1, Poveda 2 and Martin and Espino. One of the main causes identified in the municipality of Tenjo that caused the flooding was the loss of fences, which, allow the flow of rainwater, reducing the risks of flooding. From the winter event in 2008 and 2009, the need arises to inventory the fences found in the municipality of Tenjo, in order to limit the continuous and growing expansion of infrastructure construction, which, resulting in the main cause of loss of fences in the municipality of Tenjo, being these plugs and / or drained for the development of infrastructure.
